The Spa Town
You may choose either the Hármas-Körös River or any of the numerous billabongs; swimming is not prohibited - except there is a sign – even if it’s not recommended everywhere. If you prefer living water instead of the Liget Thermal Bath and Spa it is worth to choose one of the public beaches since besides the entertainment opportunities there are proper hygienic circumstances provided, as well.
In Gyomaendrőd there are two public beaches. One is on the Körös River’s stretch close to Gyoma and one is on the bank of the Templom-zug Backwater in Endrőd.
