The sculpture of János Istók was inaugurated in the garden of the Calvinist Church in 1927.
The students from Varjas and Nagylapos erected the memorial for the erstwhile schools. It is made of oakwood and created by dr. István Szonda.
The historic house museum is named after Zsigmond Papp who was a true polihistor.
